Agent could not have been nicer. Charging $500 for the service is highway robbery.
I was having difficulty doing my taxes this year. I debated about where to go. I was so happy I went with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. Phyllis was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my situation, going out of her way to get answers. I will definitely be using them next year.
Ms. Phyllis was so nice and helped me to get my taxes lower. She was very knowledgeable but if something came up she wasn’t aware of she called her manager for help. Everything was fine in a professional manner. Everything was good, as much as it can be when dealing with taxes and Phyllis was a perfect tax person. Very nice!!
