So far im not impressed. I haven't received my return yet. The lady said 17-21 days. It's been 18. I can't check the status of my refund because I can't access myJH account. Apparently my user name was entered incorrectly initially.... Just hoping all the info entered on my return was correct.
Agent could not have been nicer. Charging $500 for the service is highway robbery.
