The lady that filed my taxes was very friendly and concerned about filing the documents. No complaints about her. But the price for using them is way overpriced ($368.) This is for.1040 Senior form. But advertise they have low prices .
The service was to pricey being on a fixed income you wouldn't think you would change such high price by time you get finished paying you really don't much left
