Karen Rogers was my tax preparer, I usually do my own returns, but changes meant I needed asst, she greeted me with a smile and asked what needed to be, she was patient, kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping me. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Rude customer service lead to doing my own tax returns, but I hope she will be available next…Jackson Hewitt rated 5 stars
