Absolutely unprofessional and overcharged I had brought in 1 w2 and a 1 1099k from eBay I had explained I had sold used items that I made no profit and the employee had to call his boss 3 times while I sat there because he had no clue how to do a 1099k I had thought it was $49-$149 for tax prep after hour and half later I was never given up front pricing and was told I owed almost $450 , I do not recommend Jackson Hewitt for one they have untrained so called “tax professionals “ I ended up with paying more for the tax prep t... read more
Awful experience. Had to make 3 trios when just 1 should have been enough. And have now found out they calculated my state income tax wrong and the school district tax wrong. Have to pay more on both. Total incompetence by Javkson Hewitt.
Ridiculously overcharged!!!! Never go back again. Cost more than our lawyers office to do our taxes. And it was just a simple 1040. Very disappointed in the service...wouldnt even give military discount.
