I have done my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years and after this year I will NEVER be back and I will tell anyone I can to not use Jackson Hewitt. My state taxes were never done I had to go back several times to actually get them done and then since my taxes were not done correctly I should get my fees back but I never did. I called several times to talk to a supervisor I was told I would be called back and never was
I had an 11:00 appointment which is when the outlet was supposed to open but the person working there did not show up till about 11:10 maybe 11:15. I then proceeded to get charged approximately $600 for a less than 45 minute return. Fortunately, the employee was able to get a code from home office to get that price cut in half, which is where it should have been in the first place, and that left me sitting around there for another 15 minutes waiting for that to happen.
