Considering it was my first time getting my taxes filed by a company, Jackson Hewitt, overall the process went smoothly. Despite having to pay an expensive amount for the fee, the representative’s service was excellent. She was patient, elaborative in sharing information, and efficient (the process only took about 30 minutes). I would definitely get my taxes filed here again.
