While Jackson Hewitt was once a less expensive alternative to an accounting firm this is no longer true. They even want to charge additional fees to protect your data!!! It sounded like a threat to expose my personal information. Not a good look and I won’t be going back.
Met with Jerry after work. I was a little bit late but he was very gracious about it! He completed my return within an hour. Jackson Hewitt is very thorough and I feel confident in their services. I am glad I went.
The preparer did a great job. I did not like the. Idea that you charged me a higher fee than a new client. It seems to me you would give a loyal returning client a discount
