I had a coupon to get my taxes done for 49.99. I was told I have another package rate, and was charged 250.00 my Riped off
I dropped of my documents for review and then called back a week later and they didn't know who I was. After some tense discussion of giving them my name, SSN, etc, they remembered who I was. Not a very good sign. So now I'm trying to simply get my documents back but this is proving to be very difficult. Wish I had never given them my documents, big mistake. I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt. I tried calling the number they gave but it routed me to the local office, but it would not connect me. Now I'm in an endless loop ... read more

She did a great job. She was fast and knew what she was doing. I felt badly that she was managing everything all by herself. Get that fabulous girl some help.
