The lady was very nice and professional. I have no gripes about the service but I do have issue with the Jackson Hewitt as a business. There system is very antiquated and behind times. The seem to need an upgrade seriously. I have a business and they were supposed to be able to meet my needs but couldn’t do this to the extent needed.
