Uploaded my documents to the Jackson Hewitt system and made an appointment. When I arrived, they said they couldn't see the documents and I had to upload my documents to a different system. I only had my phone, not my laptop. They called support and no one answered. They eventually told me that I had to go to a different location.
Kiosha was the epitome of customer service PROFESSIONAL! She went above and beyond to resolve system issues that prolonged my appointment when any one else would've asked to reschedule. The explanation of services and fees was thorough and detailed. Thank you again Kiosha!
