So I was recommended here by my sister went in took the w2 I had then email my filing pin the next day as well as the w2 i printed off the IRS website and was told could be used they was confirmed they were received I sent the pin a few moments later so I called a day later to confirm they received it and muhhomad hung up on my face 2 then emailed me the prior day saying he received them and will proceed with filing my taxes then this

The customer service is excellent. Mr Muhumad is intensive, very patient, and he make sure the person he’s helping doesn’t leave without asking do you understand. That’s a good tax preparer in my eyes. He’s getting 5 stars.
