I did not have an appointment and was assisted within 30 minutes. Efficient and personable service.
First time ever to come here, and most likely the last time. Extremely bad service after the service. I have been waiting for a call for several days. Somehow I knew the call would never come. In my opinion, the tax preparer didn't do a through job in communicating all the information that was necessary since we were new clients. We will be going back to H &R Block.

I thought I was going to be stressed-out, having to deal with taxes. However, Gabriel Segura made it very easy. He made me feel comfortable in answering his questions. He is very efficient and knowledgeable! I appreciated him so much and will definitely recommend Jackson Hewlett and Gabriel.
