Recently I reached out to Jackson Hewitt for an appointment which they set for me yesterday 3:17 2026 I got there like I was supposed to but there was no one there the door was locked. I called Jackson Hewitt's 1-800 number and they gave me the run-around and sent me another appointment for today 3/18/2026 at 3pm knowing my skepticism I called to confirm again today that my appointment was in fact still at 3:00 p.m. I was then told that they were not open today again! I would like to say this is my first time using them to do my taxes. I was recommended by my buddy, and I have to say I was very impressed with the return I got. For me, the price is worth the return, and he did a great job. He communicated with me whenever I had questions. And I'm definitely recommending Emson to my friends and family, and we'll be using his service next year.
Came here for an appointment with my husband around 10:45am. A lady walks out locking the doors behind her, my husband jokingly asks if she was going to be back at 11 cause he had an appointment scheduled for this location. Lady says no that they are closed and the one in Walmart should be open. Turns out they weren't open either and the only one open was in St. Augustine. When you Google the location it says open from 11am-7pm.
