I've never owed taxes. This experience cost me 890$ and I now owe it's $1100 never again
The tax preparer was late and it always takes so long for them to set up equipment (scanner,paperwork,etc.). I went to the location inside a Walmart. I have not had this issue going to other locations. The preparer was sick. Coughing, wiping nose, even putting Vicks under her nose. I’m pleased with Jackson Hewitt Tax service however I won’t go to the location at the Walmart next year.
