Thanks to jackson Hewitt and their VERY competent employees, the government is holding my state refund out of suspension of identity theft. And when this issue was brung to management I was so POLITELY told that it was my own fault and responsibility to fix. So THANK YOU SO MUCH jackson Hewitt.

The girl was very helpful but didn’t get us back nearly what our last tax place did and charged us over 600 dollars for our file. We were maybe there 30 min. I talked to 3 different tax people my parents knew and they all said I was charged way to much for that simple of a filing. I do not recommend. People were nice but when you only get 2500 and they take over 600 of that that’s outrageous
I filed my taxes last year here for $108 dollars. I called before i came and asked for the girl that did my taxes last year. She said she was on medical leave and did not know when she would be back. I Said I had a great experience last time with her. I wish she was there but I guess you can help me. Can you tell me how much it is to file my taxes?
