Do not like the new format of talking on the phone to a remote CPA. After waiting nearly an hour, there was one finally available to talk. I originally chose Jackson Hewitt so I could sit down face to face. My appointment was a drop and go and an easy return. I will be finding a different way to file taxes next year.

Patty the tax expert I worked with was absolutely amazing-she encouraged me to obtain an 1098T form for my son’s college tuition expenses and it made an increase to my return which I did not expect! I’m so grateful! I also want to recognize Haley the young lady at the desk who assisted me today and connected me to Patty to finalize my tax filing! Both were very helpful! For someone who is filled with angst filing my taxes, both Patty and Haley provided me comfort throughout the process! Thank you!
