I used Jackson Hewitt in my Walmart it was so convenient.The staff member was awesome. She answered all of my questions and really helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She also walked me through how to upload some documentation I had forgotten, which made the whole process feel seamless. This was my first time using your office—I usually handle things on my own, but I was unsure this time. She made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. Thank you!

I had such a great experience working with Jamie for my taxes this year! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me so I could try to understand. She made the whole process feel stress free and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I was with Jackson Hewitt for 4 years with no issue and this year my refund was very short and I was charged over $700 for service on a simple tax return and when I called to address the issue they stated there was a new bank they are now using. So don’t waste your time and money!!
