I cancelled my appointment here after speaking with Shelly. I don't know if it was a matter of lack of tax expertise or prejudice, but when she found out the clients I was bringing in were newly arrived to this country her demeanor changed NOTICEABLY. So much so that I asked her during that conversation if my friends being newly arrived and only recently having received work documents was going to affect her ability to act professionally, and FOLKS, SHE COULD NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION.
