My tax preparer was very pleasant and professional. I enjoyed visiting with her. She had my taxes done in an hour which is half the time it took where I went last year which was nice. I specifically came to Jackson Hewitt this year because Google said the filing fees were less than where I went last year. I ended up paying over twice as much in filing fees for something that took half the time than where I went last year.
