I will definitely be returning to Jackson Hewitt on Michigan Avenue. My experience there was very pleasant. The tax advisors provide their undivided attention to each client. I came in at the last minute, and my advisor was quick and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was that I felt like I was their only client, even though there was always a line due to their high demand. They treated me with the same care as if they were handling their own personal taxes. Oh, and of course, they got me a high return back
This is my second year coming here and it keeps getting better and better each time. I never have to wait to be helped and my refunds are surprisingly great; better than any other tax preparation place. I would 100% recommend that you come here. You won't be disappointed; I wasn't!
