Very good experience at this Jackson Hewitt location. The rep Eboni was very helpful as the system double booked her for two 11am appointments with us being one of them. She was already about to start assisting an elderly couple that had arrived before us and kindly apologized and explained to us the situation. We informed her that this is the second year this has happened to is and had to end up going to a different location last year.
