The 4 times we had been here there has only been one person working. I waited 3 hours. There was only one person that was being helped and my self (a total of 2 people) and it took forever. I have called several times to ask them about my taxes and I always got the same response..."we'll call you back. " They never called me back and I was the one reaching out to them for almost a month. You would think that with tax season being busy they would have more people working but they don't...sadly.
