This was our first & last time using Jackson Hewitt. First, the tax preparer was friendly & professional but it took two plus hours for our return to be completed which is crazy, I’ve never in my many years of getting our taxes done had it take that long. Our return did not have anything special or complicated that it would merit that amount of time.
