I switched to JH this year because I was under the impression that they would charge less than my normal CPA. The woman that did my taxes didn't give me a receipt, she kinda pointed to a sign that said I need to scan the QR code to create an account--no explanation. Tried them, Will not use this service again, afterwards I felt that the girl was just trying to get paid for her efforts, now that I think about it , reimbursement, business expenses, she didn't ask me anything to help me get back more., don't.go to the one at Walmart.
