absolutely the worst service i have ever used. we filed with them in feb. it is now the end of june and our taxes are still under investigation because of mistakes made by this firm in the filing process. the company refused to talk to us about any issues. when we contacted the irs we were told the whole reason our taxes were being examined is because the company never responded to inquiries from the irs about discrepancies. they used the wrong years w2s for my wages pushing us into a much higher tax bracket and charging us ... read more
