My experience with Jackson Hewitt on South Dale Mabry was horrible. The preparer, Jerome or Jeremy did not know what he was doing at all, as a matter of fact I believe he filed my taxes incorrectly. Prior to the appointment, I went through my personal portal to upload the documents that was needed and then he said he could not see it on his end.
