It was a horrible experience. Let's start with my appointment time. I had an appointment for 7pm. I did not get seen until 8:35. Then the lady and another customer had words. The customer was upset Because the price she was charged was different than the price she was quoted. I did not get my taxes done and completed Until 10pm. The lady stopped to talk to the young lady that was working with her. Which made me stay even longer.
