I made an appointment online. Arrived on time and a couple that was a walk-in right in front of me the lady only one working took them first before a scheduled appointment. I sat there for two hours and in the middle of the two hrs the lady left and meantime another worker had came in an took over her case. By it's time I was highly disappointed.
