They are awesome! I’ve been going for about 10 years and it’s always a pleasure.. got a new person today Ivette Richardson and she was great
I scheduled an appointment for 11 AM to ensure my time (and theirs) would be respected. Unfortunately, when I arrived on time, I was told others waiting were ahead of me. I understand busy days happen, but it felt like the purpose of an appointment was lost. I hope they can improve on honoring scheduled times in the future. Otherwise, the staff was polite, but this experience was disappointing.
