Received mail saying we owe the state of Missouri well over $2,000 because our 2024 state taxes were never filed. We found this out while filing our 2025 taxes at this location. The person filing for us reassured us mightily that they could and would handle the issue right then and there. However, as I learned just today, that wouldn't have been possible, since our federal for 24 was filed in a different town.
