We went to the Jackson Hewitt in the Aurora Walmart and the young man Charles Hall who also worked in Joplin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional and had an answer to everything we threw at him. He got us in and out pretty quick even though we had some unexpected issues. I would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt and most definitely Charles Hall.
Loved our experience with a Lady named Lilly! She was very explanatory! Loved her kindness and the way she made us feel as a first time customer. The world needs more people like her in customer service .
