The lady was very helpful and friendly
The young man was new to JH and I was his first tax preparation. He was very polite and helpful and answered the questions I had for him the best of his ability, if he was unsure of the answer to give me he checking other staff members to make sure I got the answers I needed. He was patient with me even tho u could see his nervousness. At the end of the appointment he had to have someone help him finish filing and a small issue was found and corrected right away and I was given a discount on my fees to show that they had my ... read more
