I would NEVER recommend anyone to have Jackson Hewitt prepare their taxes. They balled up our State return 4 times and our Federal return twice. Got nothing but a run around for a month with no one knowing how to amend them accurately. Called their 800#. Spoke with 10+ reps only to get a run around. Went into an office because a manager said due to rejected return we now had to sign return in person and mail it in ourselves. Manager handed us someone else's return.
