I liked Jackson Hewitt they were very nice and smart. But I didn't know I had to pay over 300 dollars when I could've done it at home and just paid maybe 100 dollars.
Communication was not at a level I would like. The preparer never told me that the return was complete and I should come in to sign the return.
We came in last five minutes of closing without an appointment and Shahida took care of us without hesitation she was quick and polite.
Frank did a very thorough job on my taxes and was very nice but the cost was not explained up front. I was referred by someone and they told this person a number which was very appealing and resulted in me choosing Jackson Hewitt but not until the very end of the appt was cost discussed. I could have confirmed prior but the end cost was wayyy more than I expected overall, even if I missed a promotional period.
