We had Tamika and she went above and beyond. We came in and we thought we had filled out the return correct. We came in for an identity verification. She took the time to go over the return line by line. She sent it in. When rejected she looked at what we sent incorrectly and we sent it back in. Now I have a nice refund thanks to her. Definitely go see her.
Mrs Tanaka cowans was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, she answered every question I had.she was very respectful and professional.
They were great. I got lost so many times trying to find it that my gentleman who helped me file actually met me at a different location and followed him "driving" back to the actual location. For anyone wondering, Google directions are wrong! It is not in the same location as the airport. It's actually next to hibbit sports off Evangeline and willow. Your best bet is to GPS to hibbit, and it will get you there.
