Amelia was very very nice and friendly and kept the atmosphere very uplifting and friendly. Also tried to give us the best price possible and helped explain some things to us. Would highly recommend her.
They tried charging me almost $600 to file my taxes?! And they didn't even mail them for me! Absolute theft. The "pro" didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. He was asking me questions that he should be the one to know based off of my paperwork. On top of that I almost fell on their slippery, ice-filled sidewalk on the way out, while holding my son.
Rose was amazing and very helpful.
