We had a whole mess of issues while trying to file first time we've had issues here. We were told we would have a district manager call us they never did. We have called this office, the district office, and the national hotline! I know that they don't care about customer service at this point so I hope to everyone reading this you just be careful before filing and seek alternative solutions.

My preparer was very cordial and we were finished in a little less than an hour. I was a bit alarmed when I received the call that my tax return had been rejected. I would think this would be checked before I left the location. I paid over $200.00 for the service and now I have to go back. Quite inconvenient for me.
