I am SOOOOOO happy I chose to file with them. My tax preparer TABITHA(that shares the same name as me) helped me get everything going and I feel so confident filing my taxes with them. Thank you soooooo much for the help.
Good people great works gets my my money
Best place to go the ladies at this store are amazing. This year they had a gentleman at the location along with the ladies but no matter what they are very sweet and I felt welcomed. Even when things are going wrong they fix them and still help their customers. They get them in and out.
We had a whole mess of issues while trying to file first time we've had issues here. We were told we would have a district manager call us they never did. We have called this office, the district office, and the national hotline! I know that they don't care about customer service at this point so I hope to everyone reading this you just be careful before filing and seek alternative solutions.
