I went to file my income tax return at this location on April 1st, 2026. I am incredibly disappointed with how they handled my New York state tax return. Not only did they tell me I owed a different amount to the state 4 DIFFERENT TIMES over the course of 2 months, but they also did not send me a copy of what they submitted to the state (or the amount that I actually owed) until I persistently called and emailed them asking for a copy of my returns.
