Had a 5:00 appt. People ahead of me were walk ups and had nothing prepared. Didn't get to me until 5:30. Same thing happened last year. Preparer missed a significant step that would have cost a $7000 difference in return. I refused results and he contacted supervisor. Issue was resolved. $300 fee for preparation. Only reason I go there is because of convenience. Could be improved with a courtesy call if running behind.
