Stephanie has been so wonderful in the process. My status has always been challenging and she has always got it done and made me feel welcomed and extremely respected.
I love Stephanie she is the best, I have used Jackson Hewitt in the past in Schaumburg but since moving to DeKalb county I found this location. She is very friendly and very good at her job. The 1st year I came to this location they were having some technical issues but talking with Stephanie I didn't mind the wait at all.
Stephanie at the Sycamore location is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Makes doing taxes not feel like a chore.
Greg does an amazing job serving our family each year, we are very thankful for him.
