Made an appointment for 11am, showed up, no one was there. Called who I believe was some sort of corporate number because no one was answering the local #. Finally got ahold of someone and “they had no idea why no one was showing up for work today”. First and last time using Jackson Hewitt. Edit: against my better judgment I made another appointment for Noon today, the following day. called and was told no one was in once again, yet they are allowing people to begin scheduling appointments at 11am online. Very poorly ran.
