THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE FROM THE LYNCHBURG LOCATION WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I NICELY ASKED " WHEN ARE THE LOANS GOING TO BE AVAILABLE " SHE STATES "OH GOD" LIKE SHE WAS TIRED OF FOLKS CALLING IN ABOUT IT!
I thought all was well when I paid to have my taxes filed here. The staff were kind and helpful. However, I was told I didn’t owe anything when the process was completed in March. Months later I got my tax bill with penalties and fees. After several phone calls between the district manager, customer service, and eventually a corporate higher up, they were still unable to reconcile any additional fees or provide any assistance with the bill.
