I thought all was well when I paid to have my taxes filed here. The staff were kind and helpful. However, I was told I didn’t owe anything when the process was completed in March. Months later I got my tax bill with penalties and fees. After several phone calls between the district manager, customer service, and eventually a corporate higher up, they were still unable to reconcile any additional fees or provide any assistance with the bill. Big ripoff. Charged too much and then wouldn't give me a copy of my tax return.as much as they charged they could at least gave a copy of my return.then they wouldn't let me pay for then doing my return said they would take it out of my little refund. Then if I wanted a copy I would have to pay them 50 more dollars to get a copy. Or I could Go online and print it. Everybody doesn't have access to print.they are getting rich off of doing returns and you don't know if they did your return right or not.
