Big ripoff. Charged too much and then wouldn't give me a copy of my tax return.as much as they charged they could at least gave a copy of my return.then they wouldn't let me pay for then doing my return said they would take it out of my little refund. Then if I wanted a copy I would have to pay them 50 more dollars to get a copy. Or I could Go online and print it. Everybody doesn't have access to print.they are getting rich off of doing returns and you don't know if they did your return right or not.
The agent was very nice. But I am very disappointed that when I made the appointment it was based on the fact that I was a first time customer. Then I’m told that it ended yesterday!! I would have gone to a Walmart if I had known that!!! Very upset and will not be using your services again if you don’t give me a refund for the difference for the amount it would have cost me yesterday!
