Went to file my taxes a month ago for the first time by doing drop off and go, still didn’t receive my return, hadn’t heard anything from anyone, finally called and asked what the issue is, turns out I needed to pay, and so my tax return was on hold, but this whole entire time no one communicated with me about it, no text, no email, nothing, so I had to drive 20 minutes away to one that was open just to pay, and now I have to still wait for my tax return.
