I have been using Jackson hewitt for several years, mainly to utilize the early refund loan. This year they sent my return in for the early refund loan without my signature or going over the final numbers with me( I had to drop Off paperwork instead of sit with a preparer because they kept saying their computers were down). My federal refund is about $7500 yet I was rejected for any early refund loan (ads say you need $5000 refund to get $1500 loan and I got nothing).
