If I could give this one star review, I would Lonnie is completely incompetent. We went into do our taxes and she never calls back. She messed up and put in the wrong Social Security number and told us someone else claimed our child then after numerous calls to her because she doesn’t call back did we have to get two checks mailed out that can’t be verified when we asked for the money to be deposited on the card this has been a disaster and I don’t recommend her at all she was terrible at customer service I highly don’t reco... read more
Mrs parvati is so good at her job I have no complaints she’s outstanding at what she does any questions you have she’ll happily awnser . I’ll be back next year

Lani was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and helped get me thru my tax filing with ease. Very happy with the service I received here and highly recommended Lani and this office for anyone needing tax preparation.
