Had my taxes completed with this location, went back to complete an amendment and was told it was accepted but here we are 2 months later and the IRS has not rcvd my amendment. Not happy!!!!
She knew far more about my tax return that I did. I cannot complain at all
This place is a horrible choice for doing your taxes. I arrived 30 minutes early and then once 30 minutes passed from my scheduled appointment the lady was making side conversation with the couple she was attending. She repeatedly took calls during her time with the couple which lasted abt 10 minutes each and then once they left she got on the phone once again for another 20 minutes. If u want to waist your time com here!
