Writing on behalf of my mother. “I have been to Jackson Hewitt Tax office in Ellijay, GA two days in a row now WITH appointments made and BOTH times, no one has been there. I spoke with someone with customer service and whomever I spoke with, was very apologetic. HOWEVER when making the second appointment, showing up and waiting in the parking lot for OVER AN HOUR, I will never recommend this location and its staff again. How does someone make TWO appointments and then no one be at the office?! No point in making appointment... read more
