Went the location at Walmart and the lady who said she just "inputs information" was not able to complete my tax return and seemed very incompetent, I was told to come back later in the week. Later in the week I go to their office on Chesnut and im told that they screwed it up on their system and that the same error will happen and theres nothing they can do. What kind of tax service cant do 1 year of taxes. Very disappointed.
