I absolutely LOVE Terri Andis and will not trust anyone else with my taxes! I was very disappointed in Jackson Hewitt this year. Rates were ridiculously high and I’ve heard from multiple people employees aren’t treated fairly. I don’t want to switch tax ladies because she’s awesome and does a lot for Jackson Hewitt, but very disappointed with the company as a whole..
Your employee Terri was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Her service was very outstanding. She was great, however your price to do a simple return was outrageous. Your company will never get any more money from me.
