Not a great experience. My name was entered wrong and the account number for my small refund was incorrect, so it could not be direct deposited. I had to wait for a check in the mail. The preparer also put an amount in the wrong place which cost me to be taxed at a different rate. They were nice enough, but my experience was not good. I usually do my own taxes, and will do so next year. Am in the process of redoing it myself to see if my refund should have been more. Will not go back.
