So amazing.
Charge far too much. I asked to have my refund direct deposited into my account. I was told it had to be put on a "serve" card. They charge more fees to get your money from Walmart. They also signed me up for a credit monitoring service that I had no idea about which was yet another cost. I WILL NEVER USE JACKSON HEWITT AGAIN.
