The advertisement said $149.00 or less, that it is NOT true!! The agent never look at my documents, he only wanted to add the standard deductions and nothing else to my tax returned. I am going to re-do my taxes. Your company doesn't do the job correctly. The agent doesn't like to move a finger, just my name and the standard deductions. He never added my houses taxes or home improvement. My Health insurance was added incorrect. I have to pay more taxes plus your compan fee, why? I never got a refund. Outstanding experience at Jackson Hewitt on Bandera Rd. in San Antonio. My return was not complicated but the JH professional, Mr. Steve Ferrari was just great. He made sure I didn’t miss any opportunities to make the outcome better for me and my wife.. He also was so knowledgable about all aspects of the return and even offered viable hints to make next year easier. Fairly priced and well worth the time.
